And if “around the world” is too much to ask after a day of sun, sand and surf, there’s always room service.
Meat Market Miami
The clever name says it all; this is a sexy, playful take on the traditional steakhouse dining experience. Before you ever take a bite, the high-end design and energetic ambiance will get your senses tingling. The menu is a showcase of “market-style” interactivity, with guests personally creating their dishes from the choicest cuts of meat, freshest seafood and locally sourced produce.
The Crudo Bar is the place for fresh, made-to-order sharing plate like Tiraditos and fresh Ceviches, while The Chic Bar serves up signature cocktails concocted by our very own master mixologist.

Brother Jimmys BBQ
This 8,000-square-foot sports bar and grill might just be Puerto Rico’s best indoor/outdoor party at the rooftop with panoramic ocean views. Slide into an outdoor picnic table as you watch sporting events on the deck's massive 25' x 25' flatscreen television. Knock back a margarita or glass of Trash Can Punch at the Swamp Water Cocktail Bar, or chow down on Chef Neil Carrasquillo's rich Southern delicacies, served within a playful atmosphere of vintage license plates, college pennants, and classic roadster hubcaps.

Chef's Studio
Now taking reservations, the Chef’s Studio makes its debut as our newest venue. Modern, crisp and fresh, a vibrant aura filled with pops of color illuminates the Studio, located in the main kitchen. Available by reservation only, up to eight guests can enjoy a unique and unforgettable dining experience with tailor-made, personalized menus accompanied by presentations from the Resort’s Executive Chef Ana Parga and wine pairings. Perfect for private lunch and dinner meetings.
KOCO
The cuisine and décor of this 6,000-square-foot Caribbean restaurant, rum bar and lounge are a sexy fusion of Caribbean and Latin influences. Chef extraordinaire Hector Crespo lives up to his reputation as one of the top chefs in Puerto Rico by delivering traditional Caribbean specialties with a creative modern twist.
KOCO is available for private dining events of up to 188 guests.

Yamato
Enjoy Yamato – considered San Juan's finest Japanese restaurant, sushi bar and teppan-yaki table. Each sushi presentation is a piece of art crafted to please even the most discriminating palate. Offering a casual, yet elegant setting, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and is ideal for private parties for up to 30 people.

La Piccola Fontana

La Terraza

Galeria Trattoria
The diverse menu ranges from pizzas, seafood and American specialties to traditional Puerto Rican dishes. Don’t miss the homemade gourmet gelato station for a cool, refreshing dessert or mid-day snack.

Aquaire
Located across from the Olympic pool, Aquaire is a delightful bar serving a limited menu with alfresco seating. The casual and inviting bar area is the perfect place to enjoy a mojito and sports on the flatscreens. Menu specialties include crisp salads, stacked sandwiches, grilled kebabs and juicy burgers.

Encanto Beach Club & Grill
There’s a lot more than food on the menu at this sexy beachfront haunt. In addition to the gourmet cuisine and mojito cart, Encanto features 24 canopied, double-sided daybeds and three private tiki huts decked out with WiFi, flatscreen TVs and minibars. Work up your appetite with a poolside massage, Yoga session on the beach or a game of ping pong, and then sleep away the afternoon in the Hammock Garden.
Starbucks
Starbucks is a great alternative for a quick snack and a big variety of beverages. Located in the Shopping Gellaeria, Starbucks is open 6am - 9pm daily.
