The Crudo Bar is the place where guest can get small fresh plates made on the spot like Tiraditos and fresh Ceviches.The Chic Bar offers a rotating array of signature cocktails concocted by the on-staff master mixologist.
Entering the main dining room, the sense of visual comfort conveyed through high-end detailing is obvious. The menu will be a dynamic offering of what?s great now; reflecting cuts of meat, delicate seafood and produce available and offered on a daily, weekly or seasonal basis. A 'market' approach where you shop the menu without committing to one all encompassing dish, but rather pick and choose to get as satisfying a meal as you'd like.
The name "Meat Market" reflects the double meaning of the market menu approach and a wink to the playful nature of San Juan.
