The season begins at Caña with the Chef Dinner Series, an exclusive collaboration between two of Puerto Rico’s most acclaimed chefs, Ariel and José Enrique. Guests will savor a one-of-a-kind evening where Louzao’s innovative techniques meet Enrique’s soulful approach to local ingredients, offering a true showcase of the island’s vibrant gastronomy.
