Sunset Sip & Paint In Celebration Of World Arts Day
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel held an iconic Sunset Sip & Paint event in celebration of World Art Day, where invitees painted our beautiful sunset with the color “Puerto Rico Sunshine,” created by Discover Puerto Rico under the initiative Sunshine to Spare.
With near perfect weather and a stunning sunset, guests enjoyed music, delicious canapes, and a Parcha Mojito welcome drink specially made for the evening. “We celebrate this event and reinforce the commitment our hotel has with art and its local expression. We join in a worldwide effort to teach the importance of art and creative thinking as a way of growth” expressed Adriana Martinez, Marketing Manager at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel.
The color used was developed at the Pantone Color Institute alongside The Office of Climatology of the University of Puerto Rico and combines the different tones and variations of the sunlight that sets on our island. Puerto Rico Sunshine is the perfect color to represent our unforgettable sunsets. Puerto Rico Sunshine celebrates the spirited, open-hearted and passionate character of the Island. An exuberant and exotic vibrant red orange hue, infused with energizing warmth and a gregarious presence, Puerto Rico Sunshine radiates excitement, sending a message of enthusiasm and spontaneous adventure.
