The Power of Pink: A Night Dedicated to Strength, Awareness, and Community

In October, Fairmont El San Juan Hotel transformed into a vibrant place of style, tradition, and meaningful experiences to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The hotel once again embraced the season by dressing in pink and reaffirming its commitment to supporting those affected by breast cancer.

Throughout the month, guests were invited to enjoy the specially crafted pink cocktail, “Cheers for Hope,” with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen Puerto Rico. This initiative was part of a broader effort to raise both awareness and funds for the cause.

The festivities started on October 12th with the “Splash of Pink Pool Party” at El San Juan Beach Club. The event featured the energetic sounds of DJ Salina, refreshing cocktails, and beachfront cabanas, creating a lively atmosphere that brought the community together.

The highlight of the month came on October 16th with “The Power of Pink Celebration” held in The Lobby of the hotel. The evening combined live music, specialty cocktails, and an unforgettable performance by renowned Puerto Rican tropical artist Michael Stuart, complemented by DJ JAV and other surprises. The event attracted a diverse crowd united by a shared purpose and spirit.

Thanks to the support of collaborators Natalia Liriano, B&B Studio & Photography, Xtreme Sound, and Gavo Netti, the celebration was brought to life with sophistication and energy.

The evening served as a reminder of the strength found in unity and the ongoing dedication to the fight against breast cancer.
